Karina is our founder and Managing Director. She makes sure the right things happen at the right time, keeps the business itself running properly, and doubles as our resident social media expert.

Alex is our Assistant Producer, great at thinking on his feet on location.

Roman Brew Gerlach

Roman joined us through his school's work experience programme and stuck around. He's now our organised and methodical studio runner and editor

James Hobden

James is our freelance IT specialist, keeping our data secure and our backups exactly where they should be.

Sergio Luigi Perez

Sergio is our freelance photographer, working with us on shoots for schools, local organisations, and lifestyle work.

That’s the team — a small group that’s been making videos and running a podcast studio out of Wandsworth for over a decade. Everyone above wears more than one hat, which is how a team this size delivers 100+ videos on a single project without anyone losing their mind. We all hold enhanced DBS checks too, which matters given how much of our work is in schools and with young people.

We’ve been doing this for over a decade, and we’ve picked up a few Wandsworth Chamber Awards along the way, including Best Micro Business in 2026. What we’re proudest of isn’t the trophies though — it’s that clients trust us with 100+ video projects at a time and we still deliver on time, with each of us handling a specific part of the job so nothing gets dropped.

If you need a place to film, our studio is fully kitted out for filming, recording and editing — including a multi-camera podcast setup, whether you want our crew running it or just the space and the kit.

We’re based in the heart of Wandsworth, South West London, but we’ll travel anywhere. And however nervous you are about being on camera, we’ll help you forget it’s even there.
