We've been making videos since the early 2000s. Small enough to know your project properly, established enough to have done this a lot. Working from our own studio in Wandsworth, SW London, Victor (sound engineering background and Karina (project management) co-founded the company and still run every project. Our clients are not handed off to account managers. We have our own professional equipment, a filming and editing studio, full Public Liability Insurance (PLI), and enhanced DBS checks. We also have extensive experience filming in schools, summer camps, and at events involving children and vulnerable contributors, which strongly positions us to deliver exactly what you need. In 2026 we were named Best Micro Business at the Wandsworth Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, with a Commendation for Best Creative Sector Business, and previously won Best SME in 2024.

Where do I start?

It is important to have an initial idea of the type of video required - whether it’s a talking head type video, an interview or vox pops. In the Portfolio section, there is more information about some of the most popular choices as well as visual examples. Once a decision has been made on the type of video[s] needed, we will be able to accurately price our work.

How long should my video last?

Start by considering where the video is going to be watched. If it's social media content, a common rule of thumb is to keep it as short and punchy as possible (10 to 60 secs), however, if the target audience is on YouTube or Vimeo there can be more flexibility with timings.

I don’t have a location to film, do you offer studio services?

Yes. We have a studio with several Colorama options, furniture and backgrounds. We can recreate a stage-like environment with a lectern or set up chairs and sofas for an informal conversation and video podcast content. Our team can also book a variety of locations to suit your project.

Do you only film in London?

We're happy to travel anywhere for the right project — mileage, trains, flights or accommodation are simply charged at cost, agreed upfront before we book anything in.

How about a script?

If you have a script we will be happy to check it and develop video content based on it. We are also able to produce a script from scratch.

Who will actually be on my shoot?

Depends on the brief, but for most jobs that's a core crew, Victor and Alex, plus any other specialist camera, sound or lighting support the project needs. We scale the crew up or down based on what's being filmed. We will always communicate exactly who's turning up before the day.

How long does it take you to edit a film?

We usually have a first cut ready to share within 10 to 14 days of filming, sometimes sooner.

What is the editing process?

The creative work we do after filming is called post-production. We bring together the raw footage, which is everything that has been filmed, sound and graphics. This is edited together to create a rough cut, which will show the structure of your video and will tell the story. After approval of content, we will begin the online edit which includes colour grading, sound mixing, graphics and other details that will then complete the official first cut.

What if I want to change direction completely partway through?

Our two free revisions cover notes and tweaks within the original brief: trimming, reordering, swapping a graphic, that sort of thing. If you want to go in a genuinely different creative direction (different concept, restructure, new script), we'll treat that as a new phase of work and quote it separately, rather than trying to force it into the revision rounds. The more reference material and direction you can share upfront, the less likely this is to come up.

What format will my video be delivered in?

Whatever your platform needs — vertical (9:16) for Reels, TikTok and Stories, square (1:1) or horizontal (16:9) for YouTube, LinkedIn or your website. Just tell us where your video is going to, and we'll deliver it ready to upload, at broadcast-quality resolution. Subtitles/captions can be added as an extra — just flag it when you brief us in.

Can I see the film before it’s completely finished?

Absolutely! We upload rough cuts to YouTube and send our clients a private link so they can check the content anytime, anywhere.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes, and we will do our very best to meet your request. Our fee allows you to make up to two revisions or changes. Each revision after that is charged at £350.

Do you edit video footage filmed by other people?

Yes. We will ask you to send us the footage for an accurate quote. We will check the material and respond within 48 hours to agree on what we can do and how much it will cost.

Do you do livestreaming as well as filmed video?

Yes — multi-camera live streaming is a separate service from our standard filming packages, covering everything from panel discussions to product launches. What does it cost to make a video with you?

Every quote is built around what you actually need: video type, crew size, filming days and edit complexity all affect the final number. As a rough starting point, projects typically begin from around £1,200 for a single-camera, half-day shoot. When and how do I make payment?

We ask for a 50% deposit to book a filming date. The remaining balance needs to be paid once the first cut is delivered. Please note that all previews will be sent watermarked and with the timecode on screen. We release clean/final versions once payment has cleared.

Are there any extras?

Our fees include the cost of travel within London Zones 1 to 3. Beyond that, we need to charge for any travel and accommodation required. We charge mileage, train tickets and taxis at cost.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, as of 1st August 2022 we charge VAT.

What if my footage is lost or if you fail to show up at my event after I’ve paid?

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, or in the event of a total loss of footage, our liability is limited to a full refund of any fees you have paid. We will have no liability to provide replacement services.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have to charge a fee if a job is cancelled at short notice. This compensates us for lost bookings. Section 9 of our Terms of Service covers our cancellations policy: In the event of cancellation or delays prior to an agreed filming date: • Up to 48 hours before: 15% of filming cost / livestream is payable • Between 48 and 24 hours: 50% of filming cost / livestream is payable • Within 24 hours: 100% of filming cost / livestream is payable If you need to cancel, please telephone us rather than send a text or email.

What about copyright?

We retain a limited copyright on the footage, which gives us some legal control over how it is used. This recognises our creative input and the time we spend on each job. But don’t worry, apart from selling it to you, we cannot use your footage for any commercial purposes whatsoever unless we have made a separate agreement with you. However, we might use your video or part of it to showcase our work as film creators. Copyright also means you need our permission in writing, and in advance, if you want to use our video for a different purpose than the one it was originally created for.

Can I use the finished video however I like?

Yes — once it's delivered (and paid for), it's yours to use across your own channels: social media, paid ads, your website, internal comms, wherever you need it. The one thing to flag is that we retain limited copyright over the footage (see above), so if you want to hand the video to a third party to re-edit, resell, or repurpose it for something quite different from what it was made for, just check in with us first.

Can I have the raw footage?

We charge £350 for each hour of raw footage video, one external hard drive (at cost), and mainland UK postage.
